TenderForge provides a platform that connects architects with builders for construction tendering purposes. Our services include project posting, bid submission, document management, and communication tools.

3. User Accounts

Registration

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Approval

All accounts are subject to approval by TenderForge. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. User Conduct

• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation

5. Subscription and Payment

Pricing

Our current pricing is £9.99 per month for both architects and builders. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Free Trial

New users are entitled to a 3-month free trial period. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically begin unless you cancel.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TenderForge Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant TenderForge a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with providing our services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TenderForge does not guarantee that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any defects will be corrected
• The platform is free of viruses or harmful components

8. Limitation of Liability

TenderForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TenderForge and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
